    IŽd like to know what "a disclosure form" means. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance

    In some contracts and deals, certain items of information must be disclosed (made known to the parties to the contract, deal). Where this information is standard and a form as to be completed with this information, it would be a disclosure form.
