    business executive?

I found a term 'business executive' in my listening book and it is described as

'a person who manages a company'.

Then is a business executive higher position than a sales executive?

There might be such positions in a work place like below:

    Sales executive
    Manager
    Director
    Vice president
    President

I wonder if 'business executive' includes director, vice president and president.

Please don't be dazzled or charmed by the term "executive" as used in your examples and often in employment ads. The actual roles could range anywhere from clerk to supervisor to vice president. But in the latter i.e. vice president, that title would be used as such.

The words 'business executive', on their own, tell us almost nothing about how senior or junior the executive might be.

Or indeed about what he actually does. At least with "sales executive" we know that he is some sort of salesman.
