    i want to know what does ELS stand for ?

    Welcome to the forums!

    ESL stands for English as a Second Language. I have also seen it mean English for Speakers of other Languages (but that sometimes is abbreviated ESOL).

    ELS - I don't know

    But, I presume you meant ESL, and that means "English as a second language".
