Hope you guys are well.I need some help here,actually it's about writing an email to my boss.I always feel stressed when it comes to send an email because I always confused about what to write & what not to write,what is polite & what's not polite,what is necessary to write & what is unnecessary.I have to ask my new boss about my job visa as I have sent him my documents to process it but its been long 15 days and still he didn't respond me,I want to ask his about what's the reason behind this delay.can anybody tell me how should I write the email to him??pls I really need your help.

Hello Mudaxar. Well, I believe the most convenient way for both parties is to get right down to it (the point, that is). Formally greet him, raise your concern and close. Keep it short. I would be in better position to help had you provided a sample.
