I have one question. There is a sentence. Can you specify which one is correct and why?
1 What if the proposal get rejected?
2 What if the proposal gets rejected?
Will we [STRIKE]will[/STRIKE] use "get" or "gets" here? It is a hypothetical question so can I use "get" here?

No. The verb form only changes after "if" with irregular verbs..
What if I get rejected?
What if you get rejected?
What if he/she/it (the proposal) gets rejected?
What if we get rejected?
What if you get rejected?
What if they get rejected?
The endings remain the same as they would in the present simple. As I said, this changes with irregular verbs:
What if I were rejected?
What if you were rejected?
What if he/she/it (the proposal) were rejected?
What if we were rejected?
What if you were rejected?
What if they were rejected?
As you can see, four verb forms are as they would be in the past simple, but the first and third person singulars change their ending from the past simple.
The only way that your example could include "get" would be if it did not appear directly after "if" but:
What if the proposal
were to get rejected?
That works the same as it would had I used an extra verb in my second set of examples. The third person singular would have become "What if he/she/it (the proposal) were to get rejected?"
