    Default Nor

"Respondent is not making a legitimate noncommercial nor fair use of the disputed domain name." (WIPO Domain Name Decision: D2012-1462)

    Shouldn't "nor" be "or"?

    Thanks!

No. In my opinion, "not making" should be "neither making".

(The) respondent is neither making (a) legitimate non-commercial nor fair use of the disputed domain name".
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
