"Women's Vocational Training and Adult Literacy Centre" is correctly written or not.

"Women's Vocational Training and Adult Literacy Centre" or "Women's Vocational Training and Education Centre" which one is correct. Actually we want to provide training courses and adult literacy to women in this centre. Can you suggest us a name properly for this centre

Your first suggestion implies that men are welcome to attend the literacy section and the second that men and children can come to the education section of your centre.

To clearly exclude said citizens, consider the following:

'Vocational Training and Literacy Centre for Women',

    or the shorter

'Women's Literacy and Vocational Training Centre'.
