hello,
I want to say that the cattle was grazing.but he was there to make them to do this activities.

He was grazing the cattle.

How to say this sentence? did i say right/wrong ????

You can lead a cow to grass but you can't make it graze.

I dont know how a man can be there to make the grazing happen.

It's fine. He allowed the cattle to be in an area where they could graze. If you want to insure that the reader knows that the person was there with the cattle - "He was there, grazing the cattle."

Well...I can see that you are not from the west:). It would be common to tell a person to take the cattle out to graze.
