    You can write:
It's high time for you to be married.
    that's ok

    Hi

As far as I know "it`s high time" cannot be followed by an infinitive because this phrase means "it`s almost too late" :
It`s high time we left [we should have left -it`s amost too late]

It`s time to go - this is the time we usually leave

    Regards

I think you cannot use infinitives after 'it's high time' because it sounds odd.

Granted that there were lots of comments and variations on this topic. It just seems to me that 'Its high time that we go' or "Its high time to leave' sounds more natural as a way of expressing.

It's high time that we left.

    OR:

    It's time to go.

    OR:

    It's time to leave.

    (Don't forget the '.)
