1. Who went to London with Mary last week?
2. Mary went to London with May and Ann last week.
3. Who did Mary go to London with last week?
4. Mary went to London with May and Ann last week.
In sentence 1 and 3, which is correct? Thanks.

Whom did Mary go to London with last week? (That is: Mary did go to London last week with [preposition] whom?)
Or even "better":
With whom did Mary go to London last week?
