    i was wondering is it OK for me to say this "This it to review the services rendered by Mr George on the 2nd of Feb 2010 for the installation of electric gadgets"

    Always capitalise I.

    Whilst we say 'the second of Feb', we write '2nd Feb' or '2 Feb'.
