Too younger.
Too much younger..

-Very better.
Very younger.
Very much younger.

Can we use these structures in sentences?

Only 'very much younger' works in that selection of phrases.

'My wife is very much younger than me.'

"Too much younger" is also fine I think:

You can't date this guy. He's too much younger than you.

(Or too young for you, but that's possibly different.)

Unnatural to the point of unacceptability, I'm afraid. One could, however, say 'too many years younger'.
