In the 1950s, children's cartoons began to be broadcast on Saturday moring television and, later, in prime time.
In the above sentence, can I replace Saturday morning television by morning Saturday television?
If it is possible, is there any difference between them?
Is there any rule that I can choose the correct order of words?
Thank you.

"morning Saturday television" is incorrect.
Is there any rule for that?
In this case both moring and Saturday are adjectives, is it related to adjective order?

When talking about time, we say Saturday morning, much more often than we say morning Saturday.
