My question would be: Is it the case most of the time in a colloqial speech?
Sometimes I can see things like
a less-known writer instead of a lesser-known writer.
And here most of the people think that less is better while it should be lesser if we follow the dictionary

I understand that the lesser-organized style is a norm. What do you think?
