I need some help from native speaker

Hi, I'm an italian student. I was practicing my listening skills through american tv shows. I usually understand most of it, but I found it difficult to get this one in praticular. Does the guy have a weird accent or something?

This is it: "opposite sex Pilot episode part 3" on youtube (sorry but I can't post links)

    So, at 06:19: - ... uniforms
at 07:16 - I really don't understand a single word of the whole speech
    just "Don't hit me..."
and finally at 8:47 - "meet me at the west ... after school"

Thanks in advance for the answers and I'm really sorry to bother you with my nonsense
I would be really grateful if somebody could answer me.

Re: I need some help from native speaker

6:19 - He's trying to get folks to sign a petition for new PE uniforms
7:16 - He says,"Someone should frisk you for birdies...you're kind of dangerous." A birdie is used in badminton, so I'm assuming she pegged him with a birdie earlier in the episode.
8:47 - "Meet me on the west lawn after school."
