Default (the ) English foul langauge

For English foul langauge, should we use a definite article?

In this case, langauge is only a mass noun, a general concept, so a definite article should not exist; but there is English, and we usually say the English language, and when in other cases there is an adjective, we sometimes add an article, like education, but a good education.

No. It's simply foul language. "Foul language in English" I would say before "English foul language."

I'd use swearing instead of foul language.
