Okay, I know that you have to:

Say SOMETHING
Told SOMEONE

but... I got confused when I heard this song.

You tube and then type slash and then watch?v=xZbKHDPPrrc
(sorry because of this, forum rules doesn't allow me to post links until I reach 10 posts)

She clearly and very loudly says: 'Here's what she said to me'

Can you please explain to me :D thanks in advance

There is nothing wrong with "say to someone".

He said something.
He said something to me.
"What are you going to do?", he said to me.

The usual error made by learners is that they learn "to say [something] to someone" and then they think that they should also say, for example "He told to me ..."
