    Can anyone pls tell me what "hold down your horses" means? thanks..

    I've never heard "hold down your horses". Do you mean "hold your horses"?

    I have made a couple of amendments to your post. Please use full English words, not textspeak such as "pls".
    "Hold down your horses" is not a standard phrase. I echo bhaisahab's question - do you mean "hold your horses"? Go back to the text where you saw the phrase and check it.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
