    can be

    Hello,

Can can be used in Negative when one doesn't believe something happened or turns down the possibility it happened. But:

1- Can he have said it?

2- How can he have done that?

3- Can she be washing up the dishes?

My question is that can we use 'can be Ving and can have V3' in positive and negative questions? Are they OK?

    Thanks.

Yes you can. How would you negate your three sentences?
