    All three of them deliberated over what should they eat.

    Is this all right?

    No. "... what they should eat" is correct.
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

    The word order is wrong.

    I would say "the three of them." "All three" sounds odd.

    Also, "deliberation" is usually reserved for serious subjects.
