Hi ! Lately my teacher sends me to write a persuasive essay i think i need help for the corrections :
Eating fruits will maintain our body healthy
As we all know, food is one of the main source that a person needs to survive, besides water and shelter. Moreover, there are people who eat healthy food and others who do not. People who do eat healthy will have a high amount of all substances such as the carbohydrates, glucose, vitamins, etc…that presents our body the primary facts needed. So, those people who do not eat well will not have the same beneficial advantages as them. One such food is fruits. Eating fruits will maintain our body healthy because fruits are naturally taken from a natural source. Indeed, as long as we eat fruits, it will help our body not only in a healthy way, but also in a physical way. People will ask themselves: “Why it is important to eat fruits? What do they have that most people consider it vital to our body?” In fact, fruits have a lot of carbohydrates, nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants which are good to prevent any heart-related diseases. In other words, fruits are very important in our life because it gave us many advantages in a healthy way as well as in a physical way.
There are many types of flavors when tasting fruits. People have their own tastes and likes. Some people like sweet fruits, others acid fruits. This is a way people replace their favorite junk food with one of their tasteful fruits. For example, instead of eating junk food some will replace it for an apple; others, for a banana. It all depends on how sweet, acid or salty they like it, so that it will be enjoyable and tasteful at the same time. Hence, People that want to stay healthy should start with this idea of replacing foods. As long as people change their lifestyle of eating junk food, people might have more possibilities of having a healthy body.
As a matter of fact, there are also some facts that we need to take in consideration. People wanted to have long life. And a good way to do that is by eating as much fruits as you can. There are a lot of fruits that consist of many vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and nutrients. Fruits also contain antioxidants which provide us a high probability of not getting strokes, diabetes, heart disease and other related-heart disease. To put it in another way, fruits are one of the sources that can give you many benefits. As you ingest such source in your body, you will have more probabilities of having a long life.
Throughout these years, almost all the Americas have been suffering from many diseases. One of them is suffering from diabetes. Diabetes is a chronically disease in which you lack of sugar and carbohydrates. Another disease that is highly arising from many years is cancer. Cancer occurs when people who have some kind of disorders in their blood cells and have mutations. By eating fruits, our body will have less possibilities of having all those diseases. Fruits contain vitamins; especially Vitamin C. Fruits contain a lot of antioxidants that helps your body change from old blood cells into new ones. Eating fruits that are highly concentrated in vitamin C such as orange, strawberries, kiwi, and others will decrease the chances of getting disease.
Over all, fruits are vital to our life because it benefits our body. People who eat fruits have more possibilities of obtaining a long life without getting any diseases. It is also considered as a good way to replace junk foods for fruits. This idea will be creating a new lifestyle which they can be adapting eating healthy food instead of junk foods. All things considered, if people do not eat in a healthy way, their body will not be as one of the healthiest. In other words, their body will lack of mainly proteins. People should take into consideration that eating fruits is one of many ways for maintaining our body healthy.
