How long will it take to speak English fluently and I want to improve my writing skills too. I really don't know what to do?? I'm telling this because I don't like to read much but without reading I know I can't get help myself to improve my speaking and writing. But I want to improve myself.

There's no fixed time limit- people learn at different speeds. Why don't you like to read much and what have you been reading?
