Can I put this word like in order to in the middle of the sentence?

It is a debatable issue that in order to succeed, it is better to be more like others than to be different from others.

can I put the word like in order to here? do you think it's better to use it in the end of the sentence?

Well, to me it does not seem wrong grammatically. However, it does not seem natural and common. Try to rephrase your sentence to make it more natural.
