    Default What is right.

    What is the right way?

Project is due on 11/7/12 or Project due on 11/7/12

    Thank you for your time.

    Thank you for your time.
If you are trying to write a full sentence then you need "The project is due on 11/7/12".
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.

But in note form, or in - say - a column heading, 'project due on ..." is fine.

It it's a heading or just some other shortened version, I'd omit "on".

    Project due 27/11/12.
