    Default Lift dialogue

If I see a lift with so many people inside and I want to wait for another lift. Will native speakers say something to the people inside under this situation? E.g. "you go down first"?

Just go on, I'll take the next one. (Will it be OK?)
If I were a native speaker of English, I would never shut up. :-)

We normally step back to indicate that we are not going to enter the lift. We don't say anything.

In some countries, people offer some form of greeting when they enter a lift, and say goodbye when they leave. We don't, unless the other occupants are known to us.

I would also step back to indicate that I'm not going to try to squeeze in, but I think I would probably also say something like "I'll wait for the next one".
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
