    Neither of or None of?

    Hi, teachers!
    ________ the girls has turned in the papers to the constructor yet.

    A. Neither of

    B. Both of

    C.None of

    D. All of

    The key is A but I am wondering why C isn't chosen, please?

    In order to know whether to use "Neither" or "None", we would have to know how many girls were involved in the first place. I have no idea why anyone would turn in papers to a "constructor".
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
