    We don't generally "let people realise" anything. People realise things for themselves. I'm also not sure about "how insomnia happens". For sentence 2, I would use something like "We want to help more people understand why insomnia happens".
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
