    Default "duty"

I have checked some dictionaries in which I had to make sure why the sound t in the word duty sounds as if it were d sound. Do we have words that rhyme with duty?

Heinle's Newbury House Dictionary of American English
    Merriam-Webster's Learner's Dictionary
duty - definition of duty by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.

Here you go: (4:20) "The Israeli air force hit at least three hundred and forty targets inside Gaza thus far. Well, the government mobilized about thirty thousand soldiers on reserve duty, in preparation for potential ground operation." It (duty) is at (4:28)

Beauty, fruity, and cutie rhyme with duty. For most speakers of BrE, the t is clearly pronounced as /t/.
