Do you mind to do / Do you mind doing ?

Do you mind to help me moving the table?
Do you mind helping me moving the table?

    Which one is correct?

Re: Do you mind to do / Do you mind doing ?

Neither is correct. It should be expressed as "Would you mind helping me move the table?"
I'm not a teacher of English, but I have spoken it for (almost) all of my life....
