Can you explain, please, why this sentence is incorrect: "Please, ask the doctor for my test results if you see her." At least in the answers it's marked as a sentence with a mistake. Thank you.

There was just a sentence. The grammar topic is conditional sentences. I feel that the style can be inappropriate but can't explain what exactly is wrong.

In my opinion, the comma isn't necessary but it's not incorrect. I can't find anything else wrong.
Remember - if you don't use correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, anything you write will be incorrect.
