Would vs Will

I heared people using would in their sentence. I am lil confuse about it.
I have checked it on google. Would is used for expected things ,while will is used for sure. Please correct .
I would ask you after 10 years.
I will ask you after 10 years.
I would not be able to come.
I will not be able to come.

I would not be able to come. This is fine but you we would expect to know what circumstances would cause it not to be possible for you to come.
