    Proposal report - Introduction

    I am writing a proposal report. Is it OK to write: 'The purpose of this proposal is to look at the plans of the swimming pool that is going to be built in the town centre and indicate how it may benefit to the community'?

    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
