It's grammatically correct, though we'd expect 'Should you find one, let me know', or something like 'Should you find the one you've been looking for, let me know'.

The reference here is to finding the dream woman/girl", which is every man's/boy's fantasy. AS in she is the one for you or she isn't the one for you.
In that case, can I say " the one
