    Plural of "day"

    Hello,

I would like to know whether the sentence "6 days tour/trip" correct or should it be "6 day tour/trip".

    Thanks in advance.

When we use a period of time to describe something, we lose the plural "s" and we also hyphenate the period of time.

The tour will last six days.
    It is a six-day tour.

    The film lasts three hours.
    It's a three-hour film.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
