    either neither

    Hello,

-Either of the students doesn’t(don't) know the answer.

    -They are either clever.

    -They are neither clever.

-Either of them are not that smart.

-Will you sell either your cars or houses?

I have been confused about neither and either. Please can you help me?

    Thanks.
