Could you please elaborate your explanations about my question?
My question:what is the difference between these 1 and 2 ?
1. Are these sentences correct ?
2. Do these sentences correct ?
Why wrong?what is your reason?
Auxiliary verb - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Do" is a "helper verb" or auxiliary verb. There needs to be a main verb in the sentence for "do" to assist.
Do is a main verb and also a verb,
But correct is a main verb also do is a help verb in this sentense:do these sentences correct?
You could say "Do these sentences correctly." You could say "Do correct these sentences."
But neither of those mean the same thing as your #1 sentence, "Are these sentence correct?"
do you know what your problem is? you want to translate a Persian sentence to English one,and that's impossible.try to think in English and don't compare English to Persian .when i was a student i had such problem.you should watch more English films and listen to more English news.
