Auxiliary verb - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"Do" is a "helper verb" or auxiliary verb. There needs to be a main verb in the sentence for "do" to assist.

"Do" is a main verb in a sentence like "Please do the dishes."

It is not in a sentence like "These sentences do correct."

You could say "Do these sentences correctly." You could say "Do correct these sentences."

But neither of those mean the same thing as your #1 sentence, "Are these sentence correct?"

do you know what your problem is? you want to translate a Persian sentence to English one,and that's impossible.try to think in English and don't compare English to Persian .when i was a student i had such problem.you should watch more English films and listen to more English news.
