    Lord Bao

What do you think this "Lord" means here? I looked up dictionaries, but the definitions seem to be limited to only western titles. What kind of title is it? Do I have to ask the Chinese? Is it just a respecting title?

82)Lord Bao lived in China. He was a wise judge. One day, he saw a young boy....Lord Bao was angry and fined people...
