    Offical E-mail - kindly please check the grammar

    sending an email to all the departments,

    "Please, be reminded to close all the customer complaints forwarded to you last Saturday (___/12/2012), on or before __ /12/2012"

    By 'close' I assume you mean 'reply to'/'respond to'/'deal with'.
