    Are the following list acceptable? Please help check them. Thanks!

    1. Back away from social intercourse:Your way of dealing with the same generation or grownup has difficulties/problems.
    2. While using the social media, you feel delighted or pleasant.
    3. You desire to spend more and more hours using the social media.

    On the assumption that you don't want them to be complete sentences, I have made some amendments above.
    Note that you don't need the definite article before "social media".
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
