This was the reply of our University Gavel club president,when I showed him .one of his speeches three years ago..But I have a little grammar problem in this part..
"I wasn't at all lying when I tell you" ..Is this sentence correct?
It should be "I wasn't at all lying when I told you"..Shouldn't it?
