Hi
I have doubt in simple tense like
I am done it – I have done – I did it – I have been done it
I knew what is the difference between present tense and present perfect continues and simple past tense
But I don’t know where I have to use simple tense( I am done)

Can you please correct me?

'I am done it' and 'I have been done it' are not English tense-forms.

I do it.
I did it.
I have done it.
I had done it.

I am doing it.
I was doing it.
I have been doing it.
I had been doing it.

"I am done" is not the simple present of the verb "to do".
