bhaisahab, I'm sure you know this, but a (not c) in the hospital is American English.

Thank you very much bhaisahab.

1) All clear
2) A) and D) are posible / Why can´t be the others B) and C)?
3) That answer is what I answered, perfectly clear
4) B and D are correct, then it is good to say "there is some furniture right? (I´m sorry for asking again but I wanna be 100% sure of the answers to don´t make errors)
5) Jeans is uncontable so it has to go with "some"
6) The police is the same than "they" right? So it has to go in singular
7) In British English you don´t listen "in the hospital" right? I mean, if I had to choose one, the "most correct" would be the "c" (in) right?
8) Why you can´t say "That blue bicycle on the corner is the John´s bicycle"?

Thank you again for your help

bhai, how is "a) have" possible in sentence 2? :?:

Good point. The second sentence with 'have' seems similar to these:

100 GOLDEN GRAMMAR RULES
(By the one and only Michael Swan)

42. Use the present perfect with This is the first time … etc.
This is the first time I’ve been here. (NOT This is the first time I’m here.)
This is the fifth cup of coffee I’ve drunk today. (NOT This is the fifth cup of coffee I drink today.)

Thank you very much bhaisahab.

1) All clear
2) A) and D) are posible / Why can´t be the others B) and C)? I need bhai to answer this one, because I would not have said that "have" is correct. Have you studied tenses?
3) That answer is what I answered, perfectly clear
4) B and D are correct, then it is good to say "there is some furniture right? (I´m sorry for asking again but I [STRIKE]wanna[/STRIKE] want to be 100% sure of the answers to don´t make errors) Yes, you can say either. Please don't use forms like "wanna."
5) Jeans is uncontable so it has to go with "some" Yes, I need some jeans, I need two pairs of jeans, etc.
6) The police is the same than "they" right? So it has to go in singular Did you mean "plural"? It must be plural.
7) In British English you don´t listen "in the hospital" right? I mean, if I had to choose one, the "most correct" would be the "c" (in) right? It would be "most correct" if you are studying British English. Omitting the "the" would be incorrect in American English.
8) Why you can´t say "That blue bicycle on the corner is the John´s bicycle"? Don't put an article in front of a proper noun. "The john" refers to a specific person who uses a prostitute. (There are times when we do say "the" before a person's name, but that is unusual and specific, and not applicable in this case.)

Thank you again for your help

It has become almost impossible to participate usefully in this thread, because so many people are trying to respond to different questions. I fear that it will become even more confusing if we continue, so I am closing the thread.

Yitan, you are most welcome to follow up in fresh threads, as is anybody else, but please restrict yourself/yourselves to one test question per thread.

Thank you.
