Hi In out sourcing environment using which word is suitable. Onshore or Onsite to specify the client location. I prefer using Onsite as client location and working location as Offshore.
Please let me know the exact difference between onshore and on site.

This would be a matter of industry jargon, not standard English.

In my industry, "off shore" means you are literally off the shore, like on a platform in the sea.
