    The correct answer is C:
Could you BREAK this 10-dollar bill so that I can make a phone call?

break (a 10-dollar bill, a 20-dollar bill, etc.) is an idiomatic expression meaning to get the same amount of money in smaller denominations (e.g. 9 one-dollar bills and 4 quarters in exchange of a 10-dollar bill so you can use the quarters to make a phone call).
