Today's program stands cancelled.

I saw this in a notice board. I haven't seen "stands cancelled" to mean "called off" or "is cancelled". Is it common to use "stands cancelled" to mean so?

It might be an Indian way of expressing the thought. It is common in the US to hear that the meeting stands adjourned. You can read more about this in a copy of Robert's Rules of Order.

This thread is interesting because I keep hearing "stands correct" and don't know what it means. Is this a special usage of "stand"? Are there other examples of using "stand" this way?

Is "stand unaffected" acceptable?

I stand corrected = I have made a mistake and realize it.
This meeting stands adjourned = This meeting is finished.
In these sentences, "stand" is about the same as "is".
I suppose that you could write, "It stands unaffected", meaning that something is not affected.
