    Neither is correct. "What has been done is done" is possible, but the natural phrase for what I think you are saying is "What's done is done", meaning that past actions can't be changed, we live with the consequences and move on.

    In that phrase, "What's" is a contraction of "What is".
    Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
