Thank you. So I can use " it would be wonderful if you were here" because the person that Ibwant to tell is still alive but that person is just not in the same place with me. Plesse help. Thank you.

It is difficult to tell anything to someone who is no longer living.

In normal life, you speak only to people who are still alive. However, some people speak to deceased friends, so we cannot automatically assume that the person addressed is alive. The important point about 'It would be wonderful if you were here' is that the person addressed is not here.

If you're inviting someone to a party (in this case, I would highly recommend that it be someone who is still alive), you might say "It would be wonderful if you could be here".
