    Time Question

    "His aunt and
uncle will be able to explain everything to him when he's older.''
    I
Is it correct to put in a simple present at ''he's older''; Wouldn't it be aright spelled ''when he will be older''? Can anyone define what is such temporal conjugation? Thank you

Is it correct to put simple present at ''he's older''. Yes. Wouldn't it be all right saying ''when he will be older''? No.

    Re: Time Question

When using "when" and talking about the future, we use the present tense to denote the future for the verb directly connected to "when".

When I am old, I will stop working.
When my father arrives, we will go out for dinner.
When her friend gets more money, she will buy an expensive car.

This also applies in the interrogative.

What will you do when you are old?
What will you do when your father arrives?
What will her friend do when she gets more money?
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
