    Deed of Association

Company found by Deed of Association.

    Is that correct?

    Thank you!

    Re: Deed of Association

From my own experience as an active English translator / interpreter, such a document is usually referred to as the Company Articles of Association:

'The Company was founded on the grounds of the Articles of Association.'

If it's a company whose ownership is based on shareholding of the capital stock, the Articles of Association is required to be registered as a Notary Deed. Such details may vary from country to country, of course.

    Re: Deed of Association

In the UK, the phrase I hear most is 'Memorandum and Articles of Association'.
